RETURNs AND EXCHANGES

At Wagged, we do whatever it takes to make sure you and your pup are happy. So if you’re not happy with your purchase, don’t worry! Send us your unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of the date it was delivered, and we’ll exchange it for something you love. Remember, you’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping and all sale items are final and can’t be returned or exchanged. Also, don’t forget that the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and in the case of international purchase, we’re not responsible for duty reimbursement.

Please give us 10-14 days to process your return, and note that we hold the right to deny a refund if merchandise doesn’t fulfill our return policy requirements.

SHIPPING

All products are made to order. Please allow 2-5 days for production. If an item’s out of stock, we’ll shoot you an email to let you know. Unfortunately, merchandise isn’t guaranteed to be available.

We ship all orders using USPS Priority Mail. Know that we’re not liable for packages that were marked as delivered by USPS.  

International Orders: $15 Flat Rate for all international orders. Customers outside of the US are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
